Plastic Wood is an Ecological substitute for natural wood, aesthetically very similar to wood but with the incredible advantages of its resistance to climatic action.
Our proposal is based on collecting this waste, recycling it and converting it into a new product, PLASTIC WOOD, which is highly durable and allows substituting the use of wood obtained from trees for the manufacture of furniture, walkways, fences, floors, use them in the construction of buildings among many and multiple uses.

In the process of making WPC (Wood Plastic Composites) profiles, the polymers involved in their extrusion process are obtained by polymerization on an industrial scale, which makes it possible to achieve a compound that is subjected to a precise standardized procedure has high quality standards of excellent physical-mechanical properties, which allow the use of technologies applied to this material similar to those used in traditional wood, such as: drilling, turning, cutting, among others.
The polymeric matrix of the compounds is based on polyolefins such as: LDPE (low density polyethylene), HDPE (high density polyethylene) and PP (polypropylene), with binders applied in the form of flakes or simply agglutinated as the case of plastics in the form of raffia, such as: PET (polyethylene terephthalate), nylon PA 6.0, PA 10, PA 11, etc.

- Tensile strength: 450-500 Kgf/cm^2.
- Compressive strength: 600-610 Kgf/cm^2.
- Maximum working temperature: 50gc-70gc.
- Minimum working temperature: -20gc.

- Degree of crystallinity: 40%-50%.
- Elongation at break: 12%.
- Brinell hardness: 2.6HB-7.0HB.
- Moisture absorption: 0.03%-0.10%.
- Dielectric strength: 10^13 ohm.
- Thermal conductivity: 0.22 W/k-m.
- Resistant to inorganic chemicals and water.
- It is very resistant to impact, practically does not break, due to the percentage content of polypropylene.
- Excellent fireproof properties.
Disadvantages: Soluble in hydrocarbons and purified.
